So, there are many methods in which people are able to properly focus and engross themselves in thought or in tasks. What are the ways that help you focus? Do you chew gum, listen to music, work in complete silence?
For me, I typically listen to music and have short breaks from what I am doing. It helps my mind from being completely distracted or burning myself out. Sometimes though, if I'm reading, I need complete silence.
