Well, we don't yet know how long post-infection immunity lasts. We believe it's at least 5-7 months, and could potentially be a lot longer than that, but we haven't done any large-scale trials (since that would probably involve re-infecting people and seeing whether they get sick):

So, it might still be worth getting it anyway, particularly for people who were infected months ago.
