If they're both fighting in water, then I think Gorgotherium would win .
While they're both strong swimmers, I believe Gorgotherium would be the faster of the two. Generally, sealions can do 25mph in short bursts, and cruise at around 11mph. By contrast, saltwater crocodiles can only do 15-18mph in short bursts, and only cruise at 2-3mph. Therefore, I expect the crocodile would be outclassed in that environment.
