Apparently, a deleted scene from the movie (which can be viewed on Disney+) explains that Thanos's finger snap didn't kill a single person. Instead, it simply willed them out of existence - thus making their resurrection possible:

That does have some disturbing implications, however. It means that Iron Man's finger snap didn't technically kill Thanos and his minions: instead, it merely willed them out of existence. Thus, their resurrection remains possible .
Personally, I wouldn't like to see this happening in a future movie - since that would undo the very satisfying conclusion of Endgame. However, perhaps Marvel executives will feel differently...
