Protein powder

Recently, I’ve been putting protein powder into milk to try build my muscle mass and protein intake. There’s other health benefits with having protein powder, such as muscle repair. I was wondering if anyone else had experience with protein powder. If so, what one do you have and how do you incorporate it into food and drink?

I use whey MyProtein powder in milk. I have it in vanilla and mint chocolate chip.

This sounds like something I could've used when I was a teenager, when I was quite underweight .

Never too late. It's good before and after working out. I just bought blueberry, strawberry and salted caramel.

Oh wow, so there are quite a lot of flavours then . (And it makes me wonder whether there's any 'poutine powder' for our Canadian friends )
