Recently, I’ve been putting protein powder into milk to try build my muscle mass and protein intake. There’s other health benefits with having protein powder, such as muscle repair. I was wondering if anyone else had experience with protein powder. If so, what one do you have and how do you incorporate it into food and drink?

I use whey MyProtein powder in milk. I have it in vanilla and mint chocolate chip.

This sounds like something I could've used when I was a teenager, when I was quite underweight :P .

Anyway, I hope it works out for you!

Never too late. It's good before and after working out. I just bought blueberry, strawberry and salted caramel.

Oh wow, so there are quite a lot of flavours then :P . (And it makes me wonder whether there's any 'poutine powder' for our Canadian friends  )

Which is your favourite so far?
