R.I.P. Sylvester "The Talking Kitty Cat"

Earlier this year, I made a post regarding the death of Steve Cash. Well, I was just informed that Sylvester, known affectionately as "The Talking Kitty Cat" has also passed away on the 10th of this month. Below is the post;

We Will miss you terribly Sylvester
I’ve dreaded having to post this, but it’s time.
Our sweet boy Sylvester has passed. We all know he was getting older, and we know how much he missed his human slave Steve. He peacefully passed away on the 10th, while laying on his favorite spot on the couch. As sad as it is that he’s no longer here, we can absolutely find peace knowing he’s back with Steve. The amount of love from all of you, is incredible. Please know that Sylvester was spoiled rotten to the end

Wow, that's very sad . The untimely death of Steve Cash was a real tragedy in and of itself - but to also lose Sylvester so soon is just heartbreaking .

My condolences to Celia, her family, and all of Sylvester's fans.

My daughter, Katherine, and I loved watching Steve and Sylvester's videos. Even my husband watched them. They were so funny.

Oh no. It was sad to see his owner go, and now the kitty too. Thats so sad.

Steve's wife made an announcement over the summer.  I would have to do some digging, but Steve's dog, Shelby from the videos has passed away. Below is the announcement:

I always promised I would let everyone know when the time came and unfortunately that time has come…
Shelby Gurl crossed the rainbow bridge Tuesday June 28th. I made sure she had the best day. She laid outside in the sun. She ate cheeseburgers. She slept most of the day.
For those that don’t know, I adopted Shelby 2 years ago when my friend took his own life. Shelby was literally a “celabrity” appearing in Steve’s thousands of videos that were viewed over 700 million times. She was also my male’s mate, they were in love
This closes a chapter for me. I miss my friend and having her was having a piece of him still. But now I can finally let go, his dog is coming to meet him, and I know I gave her the best last 2 years of her life. She taught me how to be resilient and she taught me to be more patient.
At 14, fully blind and mostly deaf, she lived one hell of a dog life and now she can finally rest. I love you Shelby Gurl

Wow... I know it was a while ago now, but it's still very sad to hear about Shelby's death .

Hopefully Shelby and Sylvester are playing happily up there .

Nice, I liked Sylvester and Tweety too .

However, this thread is about an entirely different Sylvester . He might have been named after the Sylvester from the animations - but he was a real-life cat who became a YouTube star .
