In most houses, there's a room that's clearly intended to be used as a living room; one that's supposed to be a kitchen; one that's intended as a bathroom; some that are meant to be bedrooms; and so on. However, there's nothing forcing you to use these rooms for their intended purpose - so, do you have any rooms that you don't use for whatever they were meant for?
To give an example: our dining room hasn't been dined in for over a decade . It was at first; however, we eventually decided we preferred to watch TV at dinner time, so we switched to having meals in the living room. The dining room eventually just became a storage room - and the dining table is now occupied by a model railway, making it impossible to dine in there even if we wanted to .
