I thought I would hop right on with another fitness thread. I was thinking that it would be cool to discuss what body parts we love and hate training.
When I first started exercising, I really disliked trainings my arms in any way. I felt weak and I hated the feeling of them aching. However, I have now warmed up to this. Bicep curls are straightforward and enjoyable. I also like to do tricep dips but I am still building up my strength there! I used to like legs more but I do still love the burn of the leg press. I also love the burn and fatigue I get from calf raises.
I would say that a body part I currently undertrain are my glutes. Squatting hurts my knees and I never donkey kick or hip thrust. However, I am going to try to do more side kicks/lifts because it will help build hip muscle and glutes. I also intend to complete lunges more. Another area that I neglect is my shoulders but I have been working on that.
