This was a seafaring dragon that captured far more than just fish.
Wingspan: 6 meters.
Weight: 20 kilograms.

Hmmm... the Pteranodon is larger and heavier, but it also looks more vulnerable because its mass is more spread out (e.g. on those very large wings).

As for speed, there's no clear advantage there: Pteranodon could cruise at around 56mph, which is about the same speed that most condors can reach.

One clear difference is that Teratornis has talons which would be useful for attacking in addition to its beak, whereas Pteranodon only has its beak.

For me, that might be enough for me to give the edge to Teratornis, but I reckon either of them could win...

It's a close fight but Pteranodon takes it. Pterosaurs had more hollow skeletons than birds did and with it improved aerodynamics. That and an additional pteroid bone. However, Teratornis does have a good set of talons able to kill rabbits.
