Wow... what's going on there ?

North America is okay (apart from the fact that Mexico has invaded the Deep South), and South America is wonky but recognizable. East Asia has plenty wrong with it: why's China expanded so much; why has Kyrgyzstan swallowed all its neighbours; and why has India moved so far to the west? As for Africa and Europe... I don't even know where to start. Is this some bizarre alternate history or something ?

How about Japan? How about there is "AFRICA" and "Africa"

It seems the Panama canal got quite the widening.

That may well be the worst map I've ever seen. And I've seen some pretty flipping BAD maps.

Maybe because Greenland is a Danish territory. Though, in fairness, that's probably one of the only things this map got right (even Greenland seems to be drunk given that it's tipped at an angle !)

Oh yeah, and why has the USA invaded the Maritime Provinces? (And, why is Britain missing from the map entirely?! I think I blame @"Dust Bowl" for that )

In fairness, a few of these aren't that bad: they just appear to have been rushed more than anything else. However, the "melted Afro-Eurasia" one is just awful .

Here's one that I found on Facebook:



The coastline of west Africa has changed a lot; the coastline of east Africa is also missing a few countries; South Korea is an island; and even Mount Everest has sunk below sea level. If this is an accurate map of the world, then frankly, we have bigger problems than COVID-19 right now .

(Okay, I guess the 'missing' countries correspond to 'No data available' - but, c'mon, why the heck would you make those the same colour as the sea ?!?!)

Also, now that I look at the "I've Benin" and "I plan Togo to" map, it's bugging me that they missed a joke. They could've continued it with "I'm Ghana visit one day" !
