Well, I'm glad you enjoyed those games so much !
I can see why they perhaps didn't become popular (in both cases, the premise seems a bit odd). However, it sounds like Whiplash has some very exciting gameplay (especially if you're one of those people who takes delight in smashing things up ), while Billy Hatcher has quite a lot of interesting concepts. Even if the game itself is doomed to obscurity, it'd be nice to see some of those ideas re-used in a more popular game!
