I learned Los Geht's which is german for Let's go.

FTFY It's a contraction of "los geht es" which when translated word for word reads "It's going loose," but idiomatically it means what you said it did. Apparently it can be contracted simply to "los." (Per Wiktionary - from what I learned of German in my undergrad it sounds legit )

I thought it was the word sureties at first but the I realized the context was wrong. 🤣
