But another thing to add, that slooroo mentioned in his own post: the rest of the staff also play a vital role in the day-to-day running of TCH (not only in terms of moderation - which, thankfully, doesn't need to be done here that often - but also with all the valuable behind-the-scenes input they give into all the decisions that we make about the direction of the board).

I wouldn't be able to do it all alone - so, I believe they ought to be receiving a share of the thanks too !

Youre right..i wanna extend praise to the moderation team keeping the forum running smoothly. So far havent seen any incidents that would be a cause for concern,  back in the day i was a mod and know its not always an easy role to perform. cheers guys.
