Concept The Owl House: Luz and Lilith present a chronicle of the Boiling Isles

So...thistle be a bit hard to explain but Gravity Falls has Journal 3, Star vs. The Forces of Evil has The Magic Book of Spells, and Amphibia has Marcy's Journal: A Guide to Amphibia that expand the universe and provide exclusive stories not seen in the show itself(Journal 3 is the best of these followed by Star's Magic Book of Spells with Marcy's Journal in unfortunate dead last.) What if a similar lore book for The Owl House was written? 
In universe, it would be presented as a chronicle of the history of the Boiling Isles Luz Noceda and Lilith Clawthorne co-wrote as part of an project Luz was doing with Lilith. Along with a few jokes courtesy of Hooty/Hootsifer.

Would like the origins of the portal door explained along with the formation of the covens, invention of Grudgby, how to make a Grimwalker(and specify yes, Grimwalkers can bear children), the Titan’s war with the Collectors(also officially name it the Titanomachy), and maybe expand upon minor characters like Viney and Skara(also pair up Emira x Gus, Edric x Skara, Jerbo x Viney, Boscha x Odysseus but she can handle it) 
Also, introduce a counterpart of World War II with an uprising against Belos with the resistance using M1 Garands scavenged from our world.
