How often do you shop at WHSmith?

I now buy my copies of Four Four Two magazine from there. And I do buy stationary from there, and the ocational book from there too. Although, I tend to buy most of my books from Waterstones, since they have better prices, IMO.

Yes, albeit not usually for books :P .

Since a lot of larger railway stations have one, I find it a convenient place to buy bits and bobs from when travelling. I also sometimes buy stationery, gifts, and cards from there.

Sometimes yeah. Even if it’s just to browse they have quite good stock to look at.

I suppose I look in it more than I buy in it. WHSmith is quite pricy compared to other shops. It's the go-to shop if you want a magazine, of course. Sometimes they've had decent sale stock there when they're having a big clearance. I have to mention again the 1p official footie England lion magnet-cum-bottle opener* I got from there. Possibly a mistake on their system -- the items were on sale, but I'm not sure they would have been reduced that much, whatever England's performance -- but what a great bargain for me.

* I trust people are familiar with such a term, otherwise that will sound quite weird...

I used to go to WHSmith just to get stationaries. Or if they’re in the same building as a post office. For books I would usually go to Waterstones.

Love W.H. Smith! Unfortunately, I am now housebound so I can no longer go.

Never. I buy most books from charity shops. And anytime I do buy a new book I buy it from Waterstones.
