Finally listened to this - and it was pretty interesting!

I definitely agree with the bit about banishing Traitors. I had heard that the "best move" is to keep the traitors in until the late game (because if you banish one, a new one will just get recruited to replace them, and you'll be back where you started) - but, there are all kinds of psychological pressures against that :P .

I might have to watch some of his other videos!
