So I've been thinking for a while about redoing my home's decor but it's always a little difficult to narrow down a style.  However given my tendencies towards maniacal laughter there's a slight leaning towards maybe doing things up like a bond villain?

anyway it's sort of an interesting rabbit hole and I'm curious what other people think makes a space look villainous or supervillain-esque?

I have to admit, this isn't something I've ever really thought of before  .

However, I think having a big, imposing room with lots of advanced technology all over the place makes it look quite 'villainous'... a lair like that will make the villain look like more of a threat to the heroes :P . Of course, the size is really outside your control (unless you're willing to use some perspective-based trickery to make the room look bigger than it actually is), but it should be possible to make it look technologically-advanced!
