With marijuana being increasingly legalized across the United States and the rest of the world, what are your opinions on it? Do you smoke?

I do partake on a weekly basis, definitely not daily. Sometimes it makes me sleepy lol.

I don't see how it is worse than alcohol in any regards. Just like with anything, it can be abused, but I feel like overall it is a much better alternative than excessive drinking. I enjoy it once a week or so, sometimes more, sometimes less. It is much more pleasant and leaves me feeling much better the next day than alcohol. I can't understand how any educated person would be ok with alcohol being legal and weed being a felony, it's downright silly. I'm lucky I live in a legal(ish?) state I guess.

I have no ill will towards weed. I agree with you Jimmy. I can't understand why people are okay with alcohol being legal but weed being a felony. It make no sense. Weed has tons of medical and recreational benefits. 
That being said i don't personal smoke it myself. I have a few times in the past though.

I'm a stoner and have been smoking weed for years.  Hopefully it will get legalized in my state.  But until it does, I'm good.

I've never used it, since it's still illegal for recreational use in the UK (and it was only legalised for medical use in 2018). I wouldn't have any problem with it becoming legal for recreational use - but even if it did, I personally still don't think I'd use it for any non-medical purpose, since I'd be worried about becoming addicted to it. (I don't smoke, and I don't drink very much, so these kinds of 'addictive drugs' aren't really my thing in general )
