We all know that it's possible to have too much of a good thing - and that's just as true with food as with anything else. While there are some foods that we can have over and over again, and never get sick of them, there are those we only enjoy if we have a little bit at a time. If we have too much at once, then they might become boring, or uncomfortable, or even dangerous!
I'll start this thread with jalapeño poppers. I always liked eating these at Pizza Hut, when I got bored of my usual starters (such as potato wedges ). However, they're rather hot, so if I had too many of them, then they'd just burn my mouth (and I didn't want to have them too often either, to give myself a chance to forget how hot they were before I had them again !)
Anyway, do you have any foods that only work for you in small doses?
