Head To Head: A Superman & Lois RPG/Round Robin

[Tiger Eyes]

Jordan quickly said, "Do your eyes ever burn or hurt? How about hearing things in the next room over? Both of those are signs of heat vision developing and super-hearing."

Clark nodded as he listened to them.

[Kyng]

Jonathan was about to say 'No', but then, he did recall one incident.

"Ermm, actually... I think I recall one time when that happened. Jana was talking about how much she fancied Matt... you know, the guy from the other farm, with the big yellow tractor... I guess I could've been imagining it, but I thought it was real..."

[Tiger Eyes]

Jana heard this and her face turned a bright shade of pink.  "He has a girlfriend from what he said." She spoke up.

Clark looked down and then grinned.

[Kyng]

"Well, he did," Jonathan clarified. "From what I heard, she broke up with him... decided she didn't want to live in the country all her life, and wanted to move out to the city instead. So she packed her bags and left ..."

[Tiger Eyes]

"That's news to me," Jana said and sighed. I wonder why he won't talk to me then.  She thought.

[Kyng]

"Yeah, in fairness, he wasn't exactly shouting from the rooftops," Jonathan responded. "He's just been spending his time with his crops and his farm animals, trying to take his mind off her. But, maybe we should head over and see how he's doing? I'm sure he'd appreciate the company..."

[Tiger Eyes]

Clark, sensing how his niece was feeling immediately said, "Go ahead."

"Thanks. Just yell if there is any trouble." Jana said to her uncle and then headed off with Jordan.

Jonathan walked off with them. So did Courtney.

[Kyng]

When they arrived, they spotted Matt sitting beside his fancy yellow tractor. Jonathan almost didn't recognise him at first: he'd grown a bushy red beard since he last saw him!

"I don't think he's spotted us yet..." Jonathan whispered. "Who's going to be brave and approach him?"

[Tiger Eyes]

Jordan immediately approached Matt and waved a hello to him.

Matt waved back and then made eye contact with Jana. "Hey," He said to her. "I'm Matt."

Jana smiled back and said, "Hi. I'm Jana. I am Jonathan and Jordan's cousin." 

Matt nodded and then shot a grin at Jordan. "Mom's side or Dad's side?"

"Dad's," Jordan answered. He was being careful in how he answered.
