So it's been hotly debated that western animation is in a slump, and a lot of that is true, especially with cartoon network taking the reigns and setting a bad example (cough teen titans go cough).
however there's also been a recent trend towards good animation again in the west as well.
I'd say it started with stuff like code name kids next door, avatar the last airbender, and adventure time and in the 2010's onwards there's been quite a few gems (no pun intended steven), that have come to light.
Steven universe, owl house, regular show, the recent reboot of Voltron, that epic final season of samurai jack, heck we even got an invader zim movie.
so my question to everybody else is, what are some of your favorite western animations/cartoons produced in the last 10 to 15 years, the late 2000's onwards.
