The October 2022 Forum Contributions poll has concluded - and, the results were as follows:

1st place: Award-cross Frances (4 votes)
2nd place: Moonshroom (3 votes)
3rd place: Detective Osprey (1 vote)

@ Velocity Girl has been contributing a lot to the Mental Health sub-forum, with her openness about her own struggles - for example, in her discussions about going to therapy and dealing with nervousness. I thought it was time her contributions to this part of the board were recognised - and evidently, the rest of the community felt the same way, as she came away with the Award-cross Golden Cross award!

I should also point out that this is likely to be the end of the quarterly award cycles, which have taken place every three months since January 2018. I just think that, after nearly five years, the concept has naturally run its course: recent cycles have had very low turnout (including one cycle where we didn't even have a poll, due to the lack of nominations). The awards themselves will be sticking around, but I haven't yet decided what I'll be doing with them: I might alter or scrap the "Nominations and Poll" format, or I might keep the same format but run it less frequently.

Anyway, congrats to Frances - and see you some time in the future for the next Forum Contributions awards :) !

Thanks a lot!!! Sorry I just got back from my trip and just got access to a proper computer :P

Thank you so much to everyone who voted! I am honoured :D and thank you for not thinking that my mental health posts are annoying :P, I'm so glad that I can be open and express my feelings freely on this forum, and always get extremely nice and helpful responses and advices :) I also hope this will get more members to be more open about their struggles in a comfortable way.
