Been banned from my own Site? - Naiwen - 08-15-2018

Well, Ive been banned from my own forum? Wtf? Well anyways, I can't have access to my account and all I'm seeing is : "You have been banned from this forum." I thought no one could ban the owner? Has it ever happened to you? Using proboards so yeah.

Wow, that's weird :huh: . Unfortunately, I don't know ProBoards, so I'm afraid I can't help (TBH, you'd be better off posting this on the ProBoards support forum). 

I hope you can get it sorted out!

I think there might have been a hick-up somewhere. I'll check & see if I can figure out what happened. You should be ok to get back in now thou. :3

Anywho, in zetaboards you can't do that. But on other forum software, depending on what you use apparently the person who makes the forum can be banned.

Can't say I've ever been banned from my own forum before. Did your forum break any TOS rules? Or perhaps did someone gain access to your account, and promoted themselves to Admin and ban your old account? Hopefully you get this straighten out, I'd be quite upset if I couldn't access my own forum...

Do you have a co-admin with the authority to ban you, Naiwen? Get Support forum to help you.

There's only five members in her forum, and I don't think anyone else other than her are co-admins. If not, then something's fishy is going on...

Okay, I think I'm just going to close this thread now, because we're not a ProBoards support forum.

I left it open for a bit, just in case somebody familiar with Proboards knew how to help. However, it's clear from posts we've received so far that we aren't able to provide the support that Naiwen requires. 

Naiwen: good luck with solving this, if it's still a problem. However, any further requests for support should be made on the official ProBoards support forum, and not on TCH.
