I'll go for the
Carcharodontosaurus here. It just seems to be a bigger
Tyrannosaurus - and I don't see any obvious disadvantages to compensate for its increased size. (Okay, I guess it'll probably be a little slower, but I don't think that matters much in what's going to be a melee brawl)

They weren’t even close relatives.
Tyrannosaurus= ceolurosaur.
Carcharodontosaurus=allosaur. Also,
Tyrannosaurus hunted
Alamosaurus so it likely did hunt large prey just like
Carcharodontosaurus did.

I voted
Tyrannosaurus. They seem to be much more powerful than
Carcharodontosaurus.

Honestly I don't know who would win 9 times out of 10.
they both seem like a weird evolutionary tract with upper appendages which serve almost no real practical use and the maw being the primary weapon of choice.
even the various raptor variants had decent clawed hands useful for tearing up pray rather than ripping chunks out with their teeth.
even so I'd have to side with the tyrannosaurus, if only because I'm more familiar with it.

For what it’s worth,
Carcharodontosaurus were equipped with sharp teeth in their jaws to cut at giant sauropods and ornithopods. They were incredibly devastating weapons.
