Cyberpunk Novels - SpookyZalost - 09-17-2020

From the original Sprawl trilogy by William Gibson to the net force novels by tom clancy, to most recently the little brother series by Cory Doctorow Cyberpunk is growing into quite the mature literature genre since it's birth in the late 70's early 80's.

I for one am a huge fan of it and read every book, short story, comic, etc, that I can get my hands on, it's just really interesting dark scifi in the near future addressing topics that are often overlooked.

stuff like Transhumanism and what it means to both be human and surpass being human, sometimes to the point of losing what you once had.
or the toll of technology outpacing society and causing chaos in it's wake.
or my favorite, the cost of AI awakening and how it affects the world.

in a near future world where corporations practically replaced governments, augmentation is the norm, and everything is done with technology to an excess stories of survival and intrigue are what make cyberpunk for me something fascinating to read.

so has anyone else read any good cyberpunk novels/short stories/fan fiction/comics, etc?

and if you has anyone else noticed how much our world is moving in that sort of direction?
