RE: Reconciliation - Megan - 01-16-2022

“You can’t force people to marry.” Cassandra said. “Just leave it for now. Maybe they’ll end up using it.”

RE: Reconciliation - Kyng - 01-16-2022

"Ugh, fine -_- ..." Nestor grumbled.

By now, Aliana had left her room, in order to see Kyle. Of course, she was still exasperated from her recent conversation with her father.

"Did Dad talk to you as well?" she asked him. "He's trying to make us marry at the end of the month -_- ..."

RE: Reconciliation - Megan - 01-16-2022

When Aliana came in by Kyle it was obvious he must of been crying. His conversation with Nestor had brought up his own worries about them ever marrying. He sniffles looking away. “Y…yeah…”

RE: Reconciliation - Kyng - 01-17-2022

"It's okay, Sweety..." Aliana whispered, putting her arm around Kyle. "I would love to marry you one day. But I think we should do it on our own terms, whenever we want to do it. And I do with Dad had spoken to both of us about it first -_- ..."

RE: Reconciliation - Megan - 01-17-2022

“A…are you sure? He said if we don’t he’d make us marry someone else…” Kyle said whimpering.

RE: Reconciliation - Kyng - 01-17-2022

"Yes, I am sure," Aliana confirmed. "I don't want us to be pressured into marrying each other: we need do it on a timescale that we're both happy with. But I certainly don't want to marry anyone else :-/ ..."

RE: Reconciliation - Megan - 01-17-2022

"Okay..." Kyle said sniffling clinging to Aliana.

RE: Reconciliation - Kyng - 01-18-2022

"So... do you have any thoughts about when you'd like to marry?" Aliana asked nervously. "Like... do you feel ready for it yet? And, if not... is there anything stopping you?"

RE: Reconciliation - Megan - 01-18-2022

Kyle shook his head. “I’ve…Ive always been ready.”

RE: Reconciliation - Kyng - 01-18-2022

Aliana wasn't too happy with this answer. "That's clearly not true..." she thought to herself. "He wasn't even a functioning adult until recently... so he clearly wasn't ready then. But, now that he is, I guess I have no reason to put it off further..."

She then turned to Kyle, and responded. "Okay... so, does that mean you do want to go ahead with the wedding that Dad arranged?"
