"Well, it was kind of funny at first," Nestor confessed. "But, WHY did you persist with it when I made it clear that I wanted you to stop? Not once, but TWICE?

Nestor then whipped Chris on the head, putting a dent in one of his panels. "Maybe that'll let some air in through that thick skull of yours..."

"NESTOR!" Cassandra cried whipping Nestor with her tail. "That's abusive!"

Chris just cried even louder. "SHE TOLD ME TO DO IT!"

"And I told you NOT to !" Nestor yelled, whipping him again. "But you did it anyway! So if you just mindlessly listen to orders, why don't you listen to ME???"

He then turned to Chris, and glared straight at him. "If you were in the military, you wouldn't last for five minutes. One of these days, young man, you're going to learn some respect."

Poor Chris just kept crying.

"And he is NOT in the military or your child, so stop this right now!" Cassandra ordered. "I thought you used to like him? Why are you being so hard on him. Your issue should be with Cheryl not him."

"He needs to learn the values of the military at an early age!" Nestor insisted. "Otherwise, he'll never amount to anything as a soldier. And as for Cheryl, she probably told him to do that as a greeting. NOT to persist with it after he was told to stop!"

Meanwhile, Aliana had finally given up convincing Kyle to give Fidget a chance - so, she shrunk the cage, and took it to her room. When she returned, though, she did look a little miffed with him.

"Happy now, Kyle ?"

Kyle frowned looking irritated. "Don't look at me like that. I don't have to like ferrets."


Cassandra shook her head. "You do realize who we're talking about right? Cheryl loves to mess with you AND Chris. And Chris may not WANT to be a soldier ever."

"Mommy said to do it! She said if uncle Nestor came to the house to do it!" Chris insisted.

"But he's cute !" Aliana insisted, crossing her arms. "You'll love him if you give him a chance - I just know it !"

"Well, good," Nestor fumed. "Because he'll make a terrible soldier!"

Nestor glared at Chris once more, before stomping off angrily.

Cassandra frowned before following after Nestor. "What's gotten into you? You used to WANT nothing more then play with Chris. You had even wanted to adopt him! Why are you being so hard on him? You liked him well enough before he faded."

Chris whimpering, ran off. "I want daddy..." he whimpered.


Kyle shook his head. "He is not. I'M cute. Not some dumb ratty ferret..."

"That was when he was behaving!" Nestor clarified. "He deserved to be played with when he was behaving. But now, Conor would be so disappointed in him if he knew how he'd behaved towards me!"

"Didn't say you weren't cute ," Aliana clarified. "But that doesn't stop Fidget from being cute too!"

“We can’t both be cute!” Kyle said looking pouty.

”Nestor he’s only like what? Around five? What do you expect from a child.” Cassandra said. “You just rather he was like when he was older...”
