"Oh, it won't
be the last time
," Frederick assured him, with a cheeky giggle. "Anyway, my work here is done, so it's time for me to go back home. Farewell, and good luck treating the two of them
!"
"Same here," Lydia concurred. "With Nestor here, I trust I'm no longer required to look after Tom - and I'm needed back in New Atlantis. So, it's time for me to leave as well. Goodbye - and good luck!"
Lydia waved politely to the wizards, and then followed Frederick out of the room and down to the docks, where they boarded two separate ships - both heading to New Atlantis.

After the rest of Frederick's group boarded their ship it set sail. "So what's the plan for getting Kyle?" one of them asked.

Kyng - 02-13-2020
"Uhh... he's probably misbehaved," Frederick suggested. "So they probably don't really
want him there anyway... they'll be happy for us to take him off their hands. And, if they aren't... we could antagonise and provoke him until he
does lose his temper, and
then they'll let us have him
!"

One of the guards frowned. "That seems a bit mean..." one said.
"Well, how else can we get him out of there? Let's just do it..." another said.

"Uhh... how about slipping a potion into his drink?" Frederick suggested. "I dunno, maybe an incontinence potion that causes him to rush to the toilet. Then we wait outside until he's done, and then when he comes out, we capture him
!"
Meanwhile, over on the other boat, Lydia was sitting alone in her cabin, sulking and staring at the floor.
"
Frederick looked... different from usual," she pondered, blushing slightly. "
He looked... dare I say it, he looked... attractive. But I was too shy to say anything... it's my fault..."

The soldier shrugged. “Well I guess it doesn’t matter. Let’s just get this done so we can go home.”

Frederick's and Lydia's crews both enjoyed a pleasant, peaceful journey for the next two days. Since Lydia's ship was directly alongside Frederick's for much of the journey, she did consider hopping across to go and talk to him. However, she never quite worked up the courage to do so - and, in any case, his ship was a little bit faster, so it eventually pulled away.
Two days later, Frederick and his crew moored their ship outside the docks in New Atlantis. They then took the short walk through the market streets; they were tempted to stop and purchase some of the latest arts and crafts, but ultimately, they decided to keep hold of their money, and head straight in through the castle gates.
The first person to greet them was Aliana... who looked rather stunned.
"My, Frederick... you look different
. Your tufts of ferret fur have gone... you look so much better without them
!"

Frederick blinked surprised. “Really? They’re gone?” He asked excitedly. “Er, but never mind. We’re here for Kyle.”

"Well, you can't have him," Aliana insisted, placing her hands on her hips and standing in the corridor to block him from entering. "I'm sorry, but he's one of us now. And after how he was mistreated by his own father at Lennart Castle... what makes you think we'll give him up anyway?"

“He belongs there. It’s his duty to come back.” Frederick said firmly. “He doesn’t belong here.”
