How often do you get your hair cut?
Personally, I don't cut my hair that much. Probably once a year at most. There was a period where I didn't for like 3 years though, I think.
I buzzcut my hair in intervals ranging from once a month to once every six weeks. I'm at the point where if my hair (what hair I do have anyway) gets even half an inch long, it gets very itchy. So I shave it almost to the scalp.
I get my haircut once every three or four months. My hair tends to grow fast.
I haven't cut my hair since 2012.
Every few months, especially when my hair gets too long and thick over time.
Once a year, more so if it gets to long & thick over the summer month's.

On the average, about once a year to a year-and-a-half. My hair has been longer for most of my life. For me, it is an identity thing. My hair can grow anywhere from 10 inches to a foot in a year.
I try to have mine cut at least every 8 to 12 weeks - I am behind on my haircut at the moment, so as soon as I am all moved into my new place, I'll make an appointment.
About once a month or so. My hair grows way too fast! >_>
