The last thing that I download was Norton Security on my husband's laptop but there was a virus in it which ended messing up the secure internet connection for us so if we both trying to be on the same time the internet won't work for either of us. I deleted a couple of weeks ago and every since then the problem hasn't been issue except if we override the system with having too much connection the WiFi and I was told by the guy that fixed my computer went it messed up just after I got it to be careful what I am downloading from now on which has made make the decision not downloading anything anymore.
