Cassandra
Rapunzel’s handmaiden and bodyguard is waiting in the wings for her chance at glory.
Abilities: >average physical ability, swordsmanship, intelligence, weapon mastery
Sturgeonite army
The unstoppable forces of the Sturgeon Dominion show no mercy in enforcing their master's evil march to domination!
Battle is in the Oakland Colosseum. Sturgeonites have half heavy infantry and half archers and musketeers. Cassandra has been hired by Gondolinium to take out Dark Lord Sturgeon so both sides recognize each other as the enemy. Cassandra gets a bow and halberd too.
Round 2: 50,000 Sturgeonites consisting of 21,000 heavy infantry, 4,000 heavy cavalry, 21,000 archers and musketeers, and 4,000 light cavalry. Cassandra has her
Moonstone powers and the
black stone sword.
Round 1: Cassandra might be able to fend off
one Sturgeon soldier, but I think she'd struggle against two. Against fifty, she'd have no chance.
Round 2: As long as she can perform her Decay Incantation in time, Cassandra should be able to win against any number of Sturgeonites
.
Well she demonstrated herself to already be a formidable fighter capable of beating much tougher fighters before getting the Moonstone. I initially thought of her taking on 20 but with the halberd and war bow added, I thought it would be insufficient.
And of course, it would take a miracle to beat her with Moonstone powers.

Well, even against 20 people, I think Cassandra would just get curbstomped without her Moonstone powers.
Bear in mind that, even though Cassandra has a halberd and a war bow, she can't use them both at the same time. Whereas if she's facing 20 (or 50) Sturgeonite soldiers, all of them can use their weapons at the same time.
Even if Cassandra has master swordsmanship, I just don't see how she can fight off 25 heavy infantrymen on her own, whilst also avoiding the fire from 25 archers and musketeers.
Cassandra has been training since she was six and that’s not including the adventures with her BFF. And if the Moonstone powers are taken into account, then the enemy can’t destroy the black rocks which gives them a serious disadvantage. The Sturgeonites meanwhile just have what? Shooting, drilling, and marching practice? They also serve Sturgeon out of fear.
So at least she’d be leagues ahead of a couple Sturgeonites even without the Moonstone. And the Sturgeonites did outnumber the Fellowship in the Battle of Hong-Anyu and still suffered massive casualties thanks to FOUR one man armies in Beatrix, Gardenia, Lana, and Anabel.

Cassandra may have been training since she was six - but, a lot of the Sturgeonites will surely have been training from a young age too. So, this doesn't give her some kind of special advantage.

Not relevant, since Cassandra doesn't have the Moonstone powers in Round 1 (which is the round I'm talking about right now). I acknowledge that she'd win Round 2 easily.

I don't see why this is relevant, since Sturgeon isn't even involved in this battle. They're fighting for their own survival here.

I don't think you can really cite your own stories as evidence of anything, to be honest
.
Maybe Cassandra will go down eventually but she’ll kill a good number of Sturgeonites.
Now I’m thinking she loses Round One and effortlessly wins Round Two.

Even then, I'm really not seeing it... it's 50 of them against one of her. Even if she can beat one of them in one-on-one combat, she's just going to get ambushed by the other 49.
The only way I can see a good number of Sturgeonites being killed, is if they're caught up in friendly fire from the archers and musketeers.

She’s be counting on it and Cassandra’s a really skilled warrior; Raps has confidence in her!
I'm thinking that 10 would be a better match for Cassandra and she'd stomp 5.
