Thats a Turkey Vulture, Cathartes aura. 

Nice find! They’re one of the coolest raptors ever!

(Is it real, though? Something about the deer has a 'CGI' feel to it. Maybe it's because the antlers look weird, or the shadows look off. Or is this just me here :lol: ?)
