I have once again updated the "Avatar Gallery" plugin to the latest version .

Shouldn't be any changes from your point of view (just a couple of back-end fixes), but if anything's broken, now you know why .

While I was in the process of fixing the second instance of the "thread views" bug (for Twitter tags), I also corrected a few HTML errors in the responsive templates.

Hopefully, that'll make the board more stable !

The upgrade to MyBB 1.8.27 brought with it a change (and potential bug) in how forum permissions work. This meant that my old method for giving users access to the Private Lounge no longer worked correctly.

As a result, I have changed the way in which access to the Private Lounge works in the back end. Basically, I've done the following:

• Created a new secondary group called 'Private Lounge' (which has access to the Private Lounge);
  
• Added everybody to this group who had access to the Private Lounge previously;
  
• Removed automatic Private Lounge privileges from the 'Amethyst Member' group, and all groups above it (though every Amethyst Member and above has been added to the new 'Private Lounge' group, so all of you should still be able to see it )

I am thinking of changing the Private Lounge into something you need to apply for (rather than something that's automatically made accessible on reaching 500 posts), so I would have had to make these changes soon anyway. However, the discovery of that possible bug means I had to make these changes now instead .

So, if you can't see the Private Lounge when you should be able to (or you can see it when you shouldn't be able to), then let me know, and I'll look into it!

I didn't realise we had one. 

One annoying thing I found recently was that mentions wouldn't work properly on my phone. It turned out that this was because my phone used specific opening and closing quote tags (“ and ”), which the mentions system didn't support (it only supported the standard " double quote character).

I have now fixed this, so that mentions with the opening/closing tags will work.

I've updated the text editor to the later version (we were running Rin Editor 1.2.1; we're now running 1.2.2)

There shouldn't be any noticeable changes in functionality: this is just to fix a compatibility issue with MyBB 1.8.27. But, if anything relating to the editor has stopped working for you, then make sure to let us know .

Thanks for doing this I love it.  I know iniitially I said I wasn't sure but it has grown on me significantly. I just think since I really liked the other one I found it just took some getting used to for me. I am glad to have it as my avatar so, thank you again.

And now, I've updated this to version 1.2.4

Judging from the change log, it just appears to be back-end changes and bug fixes; however, if you see anything that's not working as it's supposed to, then let me know and I'll look into it!
