As of writing this post, I am officially on my 3-week break, and Nilla has taken control of the community for the time being. I do not yet know what I will be doing on my break (probably catch up on all the other hobbies that I'd been neglecting because I was spending too much time on TCH ). In any case, like I said in my opening post, I'll still be on other members' forums, and I'll still be able to talk in Discord DMs if anybody would like to do that.

- Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I'll definitely be checking out that podcast (and it'd be a good way to fill all the extra free time that I'll have during by break !)

Now I really will be off. So, see you in three weeks - and have fun !

Hi CJ. I'll take a rare moment to put the memes aside and wish you the best of luck. I was recently in a similar boat with my eve group and stepping back was the hardest thing I did in the game. In the end the most important thing is that you enjoy your hobby, be it in charge or a stress free meme post once every few weeks. I wish you the best, in the decade I've known you I've never seen you say a cruel or mean spirited thing to someone else, and that's something rarely found. Take care of yourself first, so you can take care of others

We all need a break form time to time so take all the time you need and like everyone else has said your wellbeing comes first. So it's important you take the time to take stock and take time for you. I hope to see you again around the place in whatever form you feel is good for you. Thanks for everything you have done

Well CJ wanted me to update all of you on how he is doing and he told me this on Discord today:

On the whole, I've been feeling pretty good . Just been putting my feet up and relaxing, for the most part. I got a Netflix account on the first day of my break - and I've watched all of Queen's Gambit, and made a start on Squid Game. I also finished some more bits and pieces on my model railway, and resumed work on my octagonal city from Cities: Skylines (which I flooded at one point, but that's all fixed now ). Does give me some things to talk about on my return!

Over the past week, I have missed the forum and the members. However, I haven't missed admin duties (at least, not yet ), so perhaps it's best that I just stay away for the remaining two weeks, as I had originally planned. See you then!
